Shipping Policy - Lavender Hollow Crafts

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Preorders, custom items, or products marked "Made to Order" will have their own estimated shipping timelines listed in the product description.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods and Rates

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available option for you location and order size.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Lavender Hollow Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Holiday seasons and high-volume periods may extend delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@lavenderhollowcrafts.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once your order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Preorders

For preorder items, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock  items, the entire order will ship together when the preorder item becomes available, unless otherwise arranged.
