General FAQ
What's included in each kit?
Each kit comes with everything you need to complete the project, including high-quality tools, materials, and instructions. You'll also receive access to any online resources listed on the product page - these might include video guides, playlists, or printable templates.
Are the kits beginner-friendly?
Yes! Our kits are designed with beginners in mind while still offering a satisfying experience for seasoned makers. We provide clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
Do you offer refills or replacement parts?
At launch, we will not have refill kits available - but it's something we're exploring for the future. If you lose or damage a small part of your kit, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time. However our kits arrive in beautiful, Eco-conscious packaging that's ready for gifting - you can simply add a note for the recipient at checkout.
Do you take custom orders?
Currently, we don't offer fully custom kits, but we'd love to hear your ideas! Feel free to contact us with suggestions for future projects or kit themes.
Where are your products made?
Our kits are assembled in small batches in Oklahoma, USA, with components sourced from both domestic and international suppliers.
Shipping & Orders FAQ
How soon will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Preorders have different timelines - see below for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes! We're happy to ship to PO boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
Can I combine orders?
If your orders haven't shipped yet, we'll do our best to combine them and refund any excess shipping charges. Just contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not at this time.
Returns & Exchanges FAQ
What's your return policy?
Please see our full Returns & Refunds Policy page for details. In short: unopened kits in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, at the buyer's expense. We do not accept returns on partially complete kits.
What if my kit is missing a piece or something is damaged?
We take quality seriously. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Preorder FAQ
What is a preorder?
A preorder lets you reserve one of our kits before it's ready to ship. Think of it as claiming your spot in line - your kit will be made just for you!
When will my preorder ship?
The estimated ship date will be clearly listed on the product page. This date is our best estimate and may shift slightly depending on supply arrivals and production time. If it changes, we'll keep you updated by email.
Can I order in-stock items with a preorder?
Yes, but please note: your entire order will ship together when the preorder item is ready. If you'd like the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
Why do you offer preorders?
Preorders help us reduce waste, manage materials more sustainably, and make sure we only create the exact number of kits needed. It's part of how we keep our production eco-friendly and intentional.
