Preorders placed between August 7-11 will begin shipping August 30. Orders are packed in small batches to ensure care and quality.

Yes! You're welcome to mix and match kits or purchase the full Cottagecore Companion bundle.

You can cancel any preorder up until August 20 for a full refund. After that, kits enter production and cannot be refunded once shipped.

Yes! Our kits are designed to be year-round offerings. Preordering guarantees you're first in line for fulfillment, but this collection will remain available after launch (while supplies last). We may occasionally update packaging or seasonal extras, but the core kits aren't going anywhere.

Each individual kit includes:

• All tools and materials needed for the craft
• A themed story insert tied to that chapter's mood
• Eco-conscious packaging with a handmade feel

Kits are designed for beginners and seasoned crafters alike – no special experience needed, just a little time and a cozy space.

Yes! We use:

• Recyclable kraft boxes and tissue paper
• Glass, wood, or metal components when possible
• Minimal plastic, and often none at all
• Handmade touches like labels and tags

We're always looking for ways to make our packaging even gentler on the earth.

Most projects are designed to be finished in 1-2 cozy sessions:

• Embroidery: ~1-3 hours depending on your pace
• Candle-making: ~30 minutes
• Wax sealing: ~20 minutes to play, longer if you write a letter too

We believe in crafting slowly – there's no rush in the Hollow.

Yes! Each seasonal collection is considered a new volume in the Lavender Hollow story.
Volume I is Heirloom Beginnings, and future volumes will explore new moods, projects, and lore.
If you enjoy this one, you'll have the chance to collect many more.
